real legal research issues

USA v. Witcher, et al. — Brady Rights, Fifth Amendment Concerns, and 19,000 GB of Discovery I am conducting legal and public-record research into USA v. Witcher, et al., and this case raises serious constitutional and due-process concerns. Based on my review, one of the biggest issues is the volume of discovery: approximately 19,000 gigabytes of documents/data. The legal questions I am researching are: - Were all cooperation agreements and benefits disclosed?...
