Platforms such as Reddit, Facebook, X, TikTok, and other social media sites can provide valuable information, witness accounts, and research leads. However, information obtained from these sources should not be considered verified evidence unless independently confirmed through official records, law enforcement statements, court documents, credible news reporting, or other reliable sources.


Our mission is to support awareness, encourage responsible information sharing, and promote fact-based research. Every claim should be verified before publication or inclusion in a case analysis report.

USA V WITCHER ET AL

🕯️ USA v. Witcher, et al. — The Record Deserves a Closer Look 🕯️ I am publicly raising awareness about USA v. Witcher, et al. because this case raises serious questions about Brady rights, Fifth Amendment protections, cooperation deals, sealed filings, and sentencing fairness. Based on my review, this case involved approximately 19,000 gigabytes of discovery/documents. My concern is simple: Was all that evidence actually reviewed before people’s lives were sentenced away? If co-defendants cooperated with the government, received plea benefits, gave statements, or received reduced sentences, that information matters. Under Brady/Giglio, the defense should have access to evidence that affects credibility, bias, motive, promises, benefits, or impeachment.
